How did the walkers that are outside of the med-room get there? There is no where they could have gotten inside.

They were inside the med-room. Christa and Vernon got around them and went in themselves.
Well that sounds really weird. How did they get around so many and into the med room?
Easiest answer: Plot. To be honest, episode 4 had a problem with ninja walkers. The ones at the nurse's office, the one in the alleyway when you go back to search the doctor, the random zombie that managed to get inside the house if you left Clementine, the zombies that are banging on the door, who disappear, then suddenly reappear after Ben takes the hatchet out... list goes on even further, probably.
Hypothetical answer: There's a bunch of walled off rooms in the school, with giant red Xs on them, right? The implication is that they blocked off the rooms, locking the zombies inside. I'm guessing that a small group of them managed to break through one of the doors, and made their way to the nurse's office.

I imagine noise. Think about it, Ben and Clementine are far off in a room and Lee probably attracted all those walkers outside with the fence coming down and all, and the car alarm - right? So some walkers could have heard Christa and Vernon trying to get the safe open, rather than Ben/Clementine (or just Ben - who is in a further away room thus harder to hear), as a result walkers start going outside their room.
What about Brie and the other walkers who break into the house? That was far-fetched in my opinion, considering the house was boarded-up so well Lee's group had to get in via the pet door. If the boards had been loose or rotten, Lee would have just pulled them off.
Nvm
