Clem looks really sweat and her sleeves rolled up. I see behind them air conditioner - I'm almost sure that this time it's summer, season 2 it was winter, I think.
The A.C doesn't have anything to do with it, probably none of them function anymore. Also, Javi is wearing sleeves. If they go by current comic timeline, it's definitely not Winter though. It may be either Spring, Summer or Fall, but not Winter IMO.
P.S: Guessing by the colours of the leaves (they seem kinda dry), I'm gonna say it's Fall.
