I came up with a perfectly horrible scenario for Javier killing Kenny/Jane.
You begin the game with a quick update of where Clem is and how she got there to catch players up and then you switch to Javier. I imagine Javier has members of his family with or at least people in his group who he is close to.
Both groups get taken prisoner by a group of psycho's who force Clem and Javier into a who lives and who dies situation and they make each one choose. For the scenario Javi has two people with him and Clem and Jane have another with them along with AJ.
First they pick Clem and they take one of Javi's group and the new person from Clem's group. They tell her she has to kill one person or AJ will be killed, the player then gets to choose who gets killed, Javi's friend or Her friend. After the deed is done its Javi's turn with Kenny/Jane and his friend or family member. The player chooses again, right away we could have multiple different scenarios.
Clem looses both her friends, one friend or both survive, and the same for Javi. It would change up the dynamic between Javier and Clem and lead to some great stuff.
