The only ones I didn't forgive are Gabby and Randall. For everyone else they were either stressed or in mourning during their actions without much time to think things through. For other actions, they were apologized for.
However Gabby, unlike Jonas, was not as justified in her murder of Berto. She had lost just as much as Norma had in the fire, and Norma was still able to keep a cool head. Jonas on the other had was tied up and left with the body of his murdered boyfriend, in addition to the fire, which gives him a more significant reason for vengeance. While I can't say I wholly forgive his actions, they are understandable. Gabby was just too rash.
I don't forgive Randall, but for reasons unrelated to the Mobjack since that's still ambiguous. He killed John, an innocent man he didn't know. He forced a situation that killed Greg and tortured Zachary. He also unnecessarily escalated the hostage situation by trying to kill Michonne, which resulted in the deaths of Norma and determinately Sam and Zachary. I let him live for leverage's sake, but I do not forgive him.
