Season 1 - I Can't download episode 2-5. Get "lost connection" everytime (SOLUTION)

So I found a possible solution to this as I could not find one in support or the threads. Nothing seemed to work and then! Bam! I got it.

The trick for me was to create a hotspot with my phone and connect to that wifi. I was able to download it no problem. To be clear, I am talking the iOS version of the game on my iPad.

The total steps were as follows:

I fully closed the game app and all other apps running in the background of my iPad (by double tapping the home button and swiping up on the apps). Fully powered off my iPad for 10 minutes to allow it to cache to clear. After doing this, I turned the iPad back on, then went into settings and turned the WiFi off, then back on again. I connected to my hotspot and then launched the game and I was now able to successfully download all of the episodes.

I hope this helps others as it did me.
