Model Swapping?

Can anybody model swap characters from The Walking Dead (seasons one, two, Michonne, and maybe three?) into the video game Life is Strange, or model swap characters from Life is Strange into The Walking Dead season two? if anybody could do this, could you make a video and comment your channel down below if you're going to do it? It would be awesome! Thanks :)
