I'm Caroline and I'm the new Community Media Manager here at Telltale -- as in I literally just started last week. I will be hanging on the forums and replying to posts/answering questions (like this) when I can.
We did update on the blog & Twitter about the EU release yesterday morning (which would've been... late afternoon for you if my math's right, and I hope it is!). It's a small bone to pick, but I'll pick it, and this is why: we did update on the release, and we will always update on releases, the second we have confirmed information for you. Because you're right, it would be a dick move (not to mention just like... completely illogical) to not tell you guys something like this the instant we knew about it.
I know none of this makes the delay not a delay, and that sucks, and I'm sorry for it. I hope your next two days are stellar (and fast-moving!!) while you wait for the release.

so, imagine your in line to buy the latest iphone (if thats still a thing peo… moreple do), you got there three hours before the store opens, waiting in line for hours and hours and when it finally opens, no one is allowed in, the line doesnt move, and while your just standing there bored and confused, several more hours pass before the manager finally comes out and says their actually going to sell the iphone in two days, give no reason why and close the shop again. now, do you think maybe the people in lne have a right to be a little upset to have their time wasted like that?
firstly, i live in ireland, so when the U.K. gets a new episode, its on our store in ireland, and i waited until about three a.m last night waiting for the new episode to come out, i was a little irritated but figured, 'it'll be there when i wake up', went to bed, woke, and nothing.

For Xbox One season pass owners who are being asked to purchase episode 3 Telltale are aware of this issue and are looking into it.

We are aware of an issue where Episode 3 is not showing as available for free for Season Pass owners. We are currently investigating the root cause of this, and we hope to have more information soon. When we do, we will update this article.

[Blind Sniper EDIT:] Telltale have since resolved this issue. Season Pass owners on Xbox One should now be able to download Episode 3.
Looks like I'm going to have to wait a while because Sonys host server got hacked and most people can't even sign into their PlayStation network accounts so I can't download the episode off the PlayStation store. Damn hackers.
Probably due to the servers taking a heavy hit on Telltale's end, if I had to guess. Although, keep in mind Moderators are just community volunteers so my guess is as good as yours.
Very slow downloading the PC version of Batman Episode 3 from Telltale launcher. I've left it on all day and only just got to 25% of 4.09GB on a 150mbit line.
I thought it was too good to be true, but I pulled up the game today to check my episode 2 choices, and Episode 3 is available for download/install! Thought it was a mistake but it's starting now! Surprised by this as it wasn't on the list of versions seeing a release today, but I'll take it!
I have not purchased Batman on iOS, but I did check the "In App Purchases" section on the iOS App Store page for Telltale's Batman and I only saw the Multipack and Episode 2 as being available for download. Are you sure it is actually downloading? Because, sometimes a short while before the episode actually does publicly release, there will be a false positive of the next episode being "available now" when it actually releases a short time into the future. If you or others can verify you actually downloaded the episode (not just seeing it as "now available"), I'll update the main post to indicate Ep 3 is now out on iOS.
