Season 3 WHAT IF.
What if, instead of what the news posts about series 3 are suggesting, in that we'll play as Javier first who meets Clementine and learns what happened during the time skip through him, that they're actually doing something similar but different?
What if they are doing something more similar to 400 days with Javier? Meaning we'll see Javier at the start of the Apocalypse right up until the end of season 2 when we'll switch to playing as Clementine for a while, before jumping ahead two years to playing as Javier when they meet again.
Probably won't happen, as they like killing off determinant characters and nullifying choices soon as possible, but we can hope though, right>

Since you mentioned it, I am so sick and tired of Telltale killing off the train at characters.
They did it with Carly/Doug, they did it with Ben, they did it with Nick, they probaby did it with Christa, and they did it with Sarah.
Telltale has definitely got to change their Direction in this respect. It's okay to do it every once in awhile, but II do it with every single determinant character that comes a player's way, that's just monotonous.
I appreciate that the writers have a very difficult job trying to keep the story fresh and entertaining, and I realize that they have to kill off characters in order to make room for new ones.
Never the less, in order for the series to be really strong, and this is in my personal opinion, that it needs to have long-standing characters that players can identify with.
That's what they've done on the TV show, instead of just having Rick be the only Survivor from the original Atlanta Group, they still have Daryl and Carol.
