I'm definitely more excited for Season 3 of the game.
Four three reasons... 1. (Although I want to) I am yet to watch the show. 2. Because Clementine is one of my all-time favorite fictional characters and 3. I have a feeling that Season 3 is going to surpass Season 1's greatness.
Season 3. I love both the show and the game, but the show is definitely my least favorite form of The Walking Dead, behind the game in comics (but it is far ahead of FTWD). The show can be very inconsistent and it's been relying way too much on cliffhangers lately, while the game has always had tremendous quality when it comes to its writing and pacing (and yes, I'm including Season 2 in that because I actually love it).
That's a hard question. While Season 7 begins end of the week and will, hopefully, feature more of Negan, i still think, that Season 3 of the game will be a more intense experience. I am excited for both of them, because i think, that they're both going to be a turning point for their stories.
So, bring it on, AMC and Telltale. Make The Walking Dead great again!
I love the show very VERY much but we're talking about my favorite game of all time, finding out what happened with Kenny/Jane (hopefully), and being able to play as Clem/set the tone for this new guy Javier. We could make him a great guy or a dick! The show you watch and have to accept it, but the game, you're able to play it YOUR way! Plus, excluding Michonne, haven't played a new TWD in over 2 years! I am BEYOND excited. I'm hyped for Season 7, but I will FLIP MY SHIT when S3 comes out!

I'm more excited for season 3/A New Frontier, the reason for this is because there has been a much larger gap between seasons and i personally prefer the game to the TV show. I also have an idea of what will happen in the show as i have read the comics.
Right now? Season 7 since it's just around the corner, however, overall? The Walking Dead Game Season 3!!!! I've been waiting since TWDGS2E5 for this!!!!!! I NEED TO GET A PS4 THO xD
Season 3 game definitely. I still love TWD show but the last couple of seasons haven't been as good lately in my opinion so i'm looking forward to the game more
TV show, Season 6 was probably the worst season so far (but was still great) for me, I'm really looking forward to see if they've improved it with the addition of Negan. Also, we have to find out who got killed!
Well I enjoy the show and the games but I am looking forward to A New Frontier more than season 7 because we control the characters and we make the choices in the game. Also the Negan cliffhanger is only out there so people will return to Season 7's premiere episode to see what character was killed off. Also I don't think the story arc of all out war will happen in Season 8 like most people believe or would like. All Out War's story can be the mid season premiere and the last 8 episodes of season 7.
New Frontier
* I can afford it thanks to Bing
* two playable characters
* choices that matter?
* flashbacks
* better graphics
* Cl… moreem
* it'll be on a console I (currently) own that won't immediately lag and overheat
* it was a personal obligation to stop following AMC's after the Negan cliffhanger
I personally believe Season 1 and 2 were the best because of Rick trying to do the right thing and the cast was much more diverse. Each one had a specific role like Glenn was the supply runner. Dale the fatherly figure. Shane was the anti-hero. Rick was the leader and that spark of hope and trying to teach Carl to become a good person. Maggie was also a supply runner with Glenn.
So I just feel Season 1 and 2 had much better characterization than the other seasons. I just hate how all the characters now don't even converse well with each other. In the comics at some moments characters say hi and good morning or good night. These are just my opinions. Sorry to rant on a bit lol.

Just get the normal PS4 I don't think they will stop supporting PS4. I mean. PS4 Pro just has better resolution and minor differences in processor and graphics card.

Brand new with a game they're around $400 here, but I should be able to find a preowned one for around $150-$200.
I'm getting worried I won't have one in time for Season 3!
If that happens I might have to play it on my Tablet, or take the risk and get the PS3 version... But I'll still be getting the PS4 version either way.
Oh goodness, I have a PS3 but I don't want to risk a bad experience with Batman or my beloved TWDGS3, since I hear the new engine seems to have problems with the PS3.

It's cool.
I said Season 6 was the worse though, not the best.
I would rank them 5-1, then 6. I think the first 5 seasons got consecutively better each time.
I like the group they have now, but I feel like characterisation was much better in seasons 4 and 5 for them. Season 6 hardly embraced this, they probably assumed we already know and loved the characters so focused more on a story arc if that makes sense.

And here I thought most everyone loved season 6 the most because of no way out and introducing Negan. Personally I felt season 4 was most interesting because of the claimers, governor's separate story arc and prison attack, the illness that hit the prison group, and the finale with the hunters at terminus. Also good to know someone still has more interest in the show to mix up the responses... as I had feared correctly that the responses would pretty much be more bias in favor of the game's upcoming season, since this is the game's website. In spite of the last season not being that well received by many forum members on here.
It's cool.

I guess we're gonna have to cross our fingers and wait until it comes out...
But apparently the second episode of Batman on the PS3 is a lot better then the first, so maybe they're fixing it.
I wouldn't say I'm excited for either. Season 2 wasn't that great to me and Season 6 left a god awful horrid taste in my mouth after the cliffhanger. I guess I'm more interested in where the game goes at this point with a new graphics engine and new characters.

I love everything that has to do with The Walking Dead, but I have to go with the game.
Season 3 of the game. I'm kinda fuckin' pissed off at the show.

Same here! And they're releasing the PS4 Pro soon... Bad timing Sony!

Yeah, I guess.
Maybe once the Pro releases the normal PS4's will go out cheap...?
I hope so!!! They're currently $500 dollars here and I've procrastinated on saving up for an HDTV with an HDMI port ;-;

Hopefully, but I just hope that goes for Season 3... I think that by the end of this, I'll get a better PC and buy all the TTG games off of Steam xD
Season Three of the video game, hands down.
'A New Frontier' Easy all the way.
