Okay then...
Clementine, Lee and Kenny are my favorites.
Lilly!
I like Rebecca, Clem and Lee
Rebecca was like such a bitch when Clem first met her but she's grown on me. I actually cried when she died but mostly because she was holding her new born baby as she died. I'm still mourning her loss
[Moving this to the Walking Dead section]
Ignoring obvious answers, I really liked Walter from Season 2 Episode 2. I also liked Vince from 400 Days.
Edit: Oh, duh - it specified Season 1 only. Uh, I guess Molly.
To keep with the title of the topic, my favorite characters were Larry, Brenda St.John, and Jolene. Lee Everett, Ben Paul, and the Stranger also deserve special mention.
I really loved Omid and Christa.
Besides Lee I would say Molly or Omid.
Carley, i really loved her and hated that she was killed. From season 2: definitly Clemmie(clementine)
Leaving out the obvious ones (Lee, Clementine, Kenny)... definitely Ben and Lilly.
Carly, Clementine, and Lily.
Well...Lee, Kenny and Clementine....Kat and Lilly also.
Lee and Kenny always. But if you want a different answer, Carley, Omid, and Molly. The St Johns in terms of liking them as great villians. I know 102 was sort of cliché, but it just broke away from Lee's redemption story and offered a really fun episode with a lot of twists and difficult choices. (Who to give food, Killing Larry, Killing the brothers) Plus it was really long too. It still remains my favorite episode in the series. Wait, were talking about characters? :P
Besides Lee or Clementine. Kenny, mustache man had such a great character arc.
Carley and Molly
Kenny, Doug, and Lilly were my favorites after Lee and Clem.
Lee carley kenny lilly Clem
... Brenda?
to be honest, i really enjoyed lilly, ben, carley, and doug. they were all such well-made characters??? though i'd have to say that ben is my personal favorite, as he was the first character that i was introduced to when i heard about this game.
edit: whoops! omid and christa are actually my favorite characters in the whole series, if i'm being honest.
sorry I guess I ignored that season 1 bit
The Cannibal Farmers' matriarch.
Brenda is probably the villain I liked the most. From her natural friendliness, her welcoming voice, and her country values, she is the one main villain I recall enjoying through out her entire screen time.
Rebecca was in Season 2, he's asking for Season 1.
Excluding the three obvious ones, I'd honestly have to say either Omid or Chuck.
Yeh yeh, I know
Lee,Clem, Kenny, Omid and Christa ❤
Oh yeah I forgot about Chuck. I liked him a lot.
Excluding The Saltlick King and my two demi-gods, Lee and Clementine, my favorite Season 1 characters would have to be Lily, Ben, and Katjaa. For some reason I hate declaring favorites, but I found myself greatly enjoying each of their roles. Ah, I still miss 'em.
The St. Johns are so underappreciated. They were great villains in the sense that they really showed how much the apocalypse changes people. Before, they were just normal trying to get by. Andy was actually pretty smart, and Brenda led her husband's farm with pride. The showdown between our group and the St. Johns remains one of my top favourite moments out of all the games.
Kenny, Lilly, and Chuck.
Kenny, Lee, and Chuck.
Clementine Kenny Lee and Christa
Omg same!
Christa by far!!
I didn't really see them as villains. They shouldn't have killed/ate Mark before he was actually dead is their only flaw, if that didn't happen it really isn't a bad idea to eat humans, I mean if theres nothing else to eat which there really isn't. They would have allowed Lee and his group to stay, they where honest with that.
I see them as villains.
They were planning on trading Lee's group as food with the bandits.
100% Lee Carley and Clem! I had the softest spot for Duck too!
Clem, Lee,
also my MAN KENNY
and Omid
They were planning on trading Lee's group as food with the bandits.
When did they admit that?
It's when Danny is outside the barn: Andy shows up and mentions that Brenda pointed out that keeping that many people locked up is only gonna cause problems, so he wants Danny to pick one to keep then kill the rest. And even before that, Danny mentions it at the dinner table before Andy draws his gun.
Exactly, they only wanted to kill them after they realized the truth and wanted to take them down for it. If they never questioned it Im pretty sure Lees group would have lived there, Brenda even says how it could have turned out right if they didn't go snooping.
I'll also put Lee, Kenny, and Clementine aside since they're the obvious picks.
The St. Johns were my first Walking Dead villains and holy shit, did they leave a good impression. I hadn't read the comics yet, so cannibalism in this universe was fresh to me. More fresh than the sweet, sweet, succulent meat of Mark's legs, who has an honorable mention in this list.
Carley/Doug also stood out to me. In my first playthrough, I saved Doug because I couldn't find Carley's cursor, and boy was this the best mistake of my life. The Chubby-Tub-O-Fun that is Doug made for some great laughs and his bell trap at the motel was a great idea. And Carley was a great shot. sniffle My love that was never meant to be...
Omid was hilarious and his death was absolute garbage. I don't have any clever comments for that. Just tears.
Holy trees with dicks, I forgot about Carver. I hated the FUCK out of him. Well then why'd you put him on your list Sloaning? Because if hatred towards a villain is present, then it means he's doing his job right. Hate him the first playthrough, appreciate his villainy in all the others.
While poor, poor Ben was the designated group fuckup, I believe that he's a realistic character and I value his presence. He mattered to the story and had a big part in it. He's a dumbass, sure, but there's plenty of people that would be just like him if the world actually fell to shit. Not everybody is made for that world. Him standing up to Kenny in No Time Left was his shining moment.
I liked Walter a lot, too. The amount of people that are nice to his level 2+ years into the outbreak equally measure to the chances of winning the fucking lottery. Almost zilch. I liked how kind and intellectual he was. Then his life was cut pretty short.
"Nice, we got a moral compass now!"
BANG
"Oh."
