Clem's First Job.
Soon enough, Telltale will have to create a community that Clem can live in without everyone in it dying or suffering a horrible fate. When that day happens, Clem and all other survivors will need to contribute to make the community work.
Clem expresses to Lee in Season 1 that she likes school, but hates math. So I can see her working under someone to learn somekind of trade that is hands on and doesn't require math.
Also, Clem seems to be a great listener for some reason. She's always the one that the group talks to about problems that they had in the past and Clem seems to get positive vibes for doing so .( Jane, Nick, Rebecca, Carver, Sarah) I can she her doing some kind of communication ,mental therapy, or just someone to talk to. ( great example of this is when Rebecca asks Clem what to do about the baby and alvin, even though Clem isn't to familiar about the topic, Rebecca feels insure when Clem is there for her to talk to)
Last Clem been out on the road( Determinantly) more than any character in the Walking Dead universe. Her current output what is going on out on the road is valuable. The only use for that is that she can be some kind of scout or recruiter, some what like Dixion.
Possible Jobs I Would Have My Clem Pick
- Ships goods to other Communities
- Jr. Constable( like uncover neighbor watch , kindda like a spy in the community, informs constable of anything suspicious)
- Therapist
- MMA fighter.
Also, her working at Howes doesn't count as her first job because slavery isn't a job.

Assuming your correct. If such a community exists, she'd be a Teacher. She wouldn't show people what to do. Instead her focus would be on what not to do. "Don't do that, trust me, keep your weapon with you at all times". That sorta thing.

She's still young, plenty of time to figure out what she can really be good at to keep her footing in a community. Plenty of hard work to go around, especially if you think about this was something like Rick's community. Could be a scavenger, a guard, one of these people who manages other people through a radio, or a farmer (my choice for her).
Surviving in extreme environments and situations - cold river, forest, blizzard, hungry, wounded.
Wound care knowledge - suturing wound without help.
Reconnaissance - Clem what do you see, Clem climb up and tell us what you see.
Disabling electrical instalations - turns off wind turbines.
Camouflage techniques - covers herself in zombie's guts and blood.
Fightning skills - breaking legs and skulls.

Actually, in her home in Wellington (in the flashback) she had a chart of jobs she takes part in. It's hard to make of for the most part, but she was paired with someone else to do hunting. So a job she had in the past was being a hunter.
