Cross-Gen Saves Transfer

Hello Telltale :) , I wanted to ask I started Season 1 and 2 on X360 and wanted to ask if we gonna be able to transfer our from x360 to Xone maybe PS3 - PS4 players are gonna want to know too ?

    Just bought a gaming PC for Black Friday and have all my saves on PS4. I would like to know if the saves can be moved to a different platform as well. I tweeted Job but didn't get a response.

    Telltale have said that they intend to accommodate players playing across different consoles for New Frontier with a "save configuration" system, but they have not elaborated on specifics.
