Save editor or anything like it?
Since it takes forever for each season to release I have once again lost my save. Any way I could manually choose my choices without replaying both seasons again? I don't want to go through that emotional roller coaster again

There is nothing like it, but Steam can storage your save files I think. If you did not bought the game, it is your punishment to replay it again.
Yes. you can choose your choices at the beginning of A New Frontier. Telltale has confirmed it.
