Preorder on iPad?

Can you preorder on iPad? I can't find it in App Store. I tried to preorder from this website and there wasn't an option for it. It is coming out on iPad isn't it? (Insert major pain attack)

    It is coming out for iOS, but it is currently not available for pre-order on the iOS App Store.
