Season 2 (PS4): Can't rewind to replay a chapter

So I have just finished season 2 on PS4 and would like to replay the last two chapters. I went into my save file and pressed rewind and it told me to select a new save file. I did this and then it gets stuck on loading with a white loarding bar going round for ages and never does anything else. I have tried lots of times with internet on and off and it deosnt work.

I have seen 2014 discussions where people had this problem and telltale said they would fix it but it is late 2016 and I am having this problem. How can I fix it as I dont want to replay the first 3 episodes whenever I want to replay the latter ones.

    This happened to me as well. Try and restart the whole of Episode 5 and select a different save slot.
