Something I randomly found, anyone knows anything about this?

So, I was randomly looking through TWD game related stuff, and then saw this. I don't know if it's real or not though, or just a fanfic kinda stuff. (The TV series had statistics + someone commented that he cant wait for it to continue)

Any info on this? Because if it's real, it'd be fun to play Lee's story somewhat differently

    It's a fan-made idea for a game. The fact that it includes character from an obviously different game and Greg is named Samuel kinda gives it away.
