A transexual boy is a person that identifies as a boy (they feel like a boy), but was born with a body of girl. Not a boy that wants to be a girl. A boy that wants to be a boy and is oftenly confused for a girl for not having a dick and having a vagina instead. The same with transexual girls.
Well, we know from the trailer that at some point in the story, Clementine and Javier get captured by the antagonists, so I'd say it's safe to assume that's when they brand him with the symbol.
itss possible idk. they could have changed the story slightly or have him get the tattoo forced upon him. im not seeing it though, seems like a bigger plot device or a spoiler to give away like that though. but i do see TTG doing it though , it would be a big and eventful turn in the story
For all we know the scene from the first trailer transpires close to the climax of the season and four episodes of events takes place before… more that. Plenty of time to have a tattoo forced on you, or go through a Rocky Balboa compilation where he also gets a shave.
