Do the choices actually matter?

I still haven't played the episodes yet but was wondering if some people have different outcomes in choices or if everyone ended up with the same events at the end? Like do the "choices" you make actually make a difference in different ways for different people somehow and somewhere in the episode?

No. Telltale also outright lied about the number of starting points (only very minor and very few dialogue changes) they will have in order to market the game. Please do not let them get away with it.

  • You change the way you get there, not the destination. So it depends on what you consider as "mattering".

  • Yes and no, there are "big choices" that are totally pointless, unless they affect relationships later.

But there are some that get you to different places in different times in different ways, also different dialogues.

  • Your choices matter to an extent but ultimately it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
