Can I import a past season save files from another platform?

I played the first and second season on my roommate's PS4. I'm moving next month, which means I will be playing season 3 on my smartphone. Is there any way to import the choices from my season 2 game from the PS4 to the phone? I don't want to buy the other game again having just replayed it. However, I don't want to play season 3 without my season 2 ending. An answer would be very appreciated.

    you don't really need your saves to have your choices imported. you can create your own and select the choices you made from there.
    it'll look a lil like this.
