Is there something wrong with me?
I see a lot of people complaining about the plot of some episodes, and that the writers didn't do their job like they should've. I liked every episode of every season and I just don't get it. I feel like I'm in a super, super, super minority. Are my expectations too low or sth, damn

Nah man. I've enjoyed every episode as well.
I had my problems with it, but I was entertained.
That wasn't two episodes though, that was one episode, like, come on Telltale.
My biggest complaint is that I think it's pretty obvious how bad it is for the story that Clementine and Jesus is in it. I'm not afraid of their lives in any way an it subtracts from the overall tension to have two characters in the group that feel immortal.
Yes. Judging by how they handled the characters you can just tell the rest of the reason is going to be a shitshow
I enjoyed it too but yeah were in the minority.
I too have enjoyed the season so far and have received shit for it.
I loved the episodes. I was invested into Javier's story. I like his character. I was a bit upset about the Jane/Kenny fate but I expected it. Overall I enjoyed it very much but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I personally don't care that the majority of the people hate the episodes, but TTG worked very hard on the series, I'm sure of it, and now to see all this negativity on the forums or reviews and people acting like crybabies because this or that didn't turn out the way they wanted - I don't like that, it's disrespectfull towards TTG and it just shows what kind of person they are, but what do I know.
Definitely not, I enjoyed pretty much all of it as well. I like Javier and think he's a great protagonist, and all of the other characters are extremely intriguing also. I just wish that the episodes were longer (specifically episode two) and Kenny/Jane/Edith's models were better, but that's about it as far as my dislikes go because I love the story so far.
I enjoyed them but I think it was a weaker premiere compared to the last two seasons.
nah, not really. i was initially upset and angry, having only seen the flashbacks. but having watch a full playthrough (shoutout to sialark and lilacsbloom :b) it's not really bad.
i hope people aren't making you feel bad for feeling that way.
I find myself greatly enjoying the game when I played it yesterday. I deeply love playing as Javier. He is an interesting protagonist and I intentionally play him as good person but flawed which makes playing him more joyful to me. I also love that Clementine is back to a supporting role, which is in my opinion, where she is at her best. I love my family and the characters.
Sure, I would have enjoyed if the playtime was longer, but it didn't felt short to me. It is a bit downer how they handle our choices in the previous season, but it didn't affected my experience.
I feel like there is a stronger direction this time. It wasn't aimless like Season 2 was.
I loved every episode but, of course, that doesn't excuse the plot holes and flaws of the episode, everything has flaws and plot holes though.
I enjoyed the modern day, not so much the Clem flashbacks but I got the Wellington one so at least it wasn't as stupid as the others. I really wish Mariana didn't die though she was great. I like that Kate isn't just walking off the bullet like characters have done in previous seasons. This season definitely feels realistic.
maybe you don't have expectations for the episodes and quality. every opinion is subjective and you should never feel like the minority just because you liked everything..
That's messed up
You're not alone. I enjoyed all of em, all of the episodes
There seems to be a strong divide. Personally, I'm going to try to look at it as a new series rather than a continuation of one, it's infinitely disappointing as a follow up.
