Who is Hector?

Or rather, who is he to Javier and David? In the wiki site, it is said that he is their brother, but I get the impression that he is their uncle.

I know this is a rather minor point but I am curious. What do you guys think?

    The Wiki says it's another brother but who knows? The wiki also says that their mom is possibly in her 70s but Javier is only in his 20s. She sure did have him late.

    Hector is Rashid and Vanessa.

    In all seriousness, Hector appears to be David and Javier's half-brother, all three of them having a common mother. It is known that he is uncle to Mari and Gabe, and yet, he does call Javier's father by name instead of "dad" or "papa."

    I am tempted to correct the wiki, but they are assholes.

    No, it was confirmed Hector is Rafa (Javi and David dad) brother, Kate calls him "Uncle hector" when they are talking about the funeral.
