more flashbacks of Kenny/Jane, where they're interacting with Clementine and giving advice to her, which could tie in with whatever situation she's facing in the present. It could make up for the shambolic mess that was their death scenes.
Personally, I think the season could benefit in having more flashbacks of Kenny/Jane, where they're interacting with Clementine and giving a… moredvice to her, which could tie in with whatever situation she's facing in the present. Hopefully, Telltale sort out some of the problems, really. It's only two episodes in, so I've not completely given up with the season, but I'd really like if they'd slow down on the pacing, develop Javier's personality and backstory more, give us more time to interact with the characters to learn about them, don't have everyone dead by the end again, and give us tougher choices, which'll leave actual impact. If they can fix all that, I do think we'll have a pretty good season.
Come on, you can't deny there are problems. The pacing is far too fast and with the episodes being really short, we never get any time to ge… moret to know the character's better. I still know next to nothing about Trip, Eleanor or Conrad, nor their motivations for even wanting to help the people who're responsible for the destruction of their community, despite being with them for 2 full episodes.
Even if you love the season, you gotta admit character development has been off.
I don't mind not playing as Clem. In Season 1 we also didn't play as her. The pace is also good for me and the flashbacks are a nice way of fleshing out the characters and their past without interrupting the present day story too much. They could have had a whole episode dedicated to the past but I'm glad they did it this way.
I was thinking that Telltale could maybe make another flashback with Kenny and Jane Wellington and all that to try and make up for such a sh… moreitty send off to those characters, but then its just a meaningless flashback to the story.
They should first make the episodes longer than just above an hour. First 2 episodes already being a little over an hour is not a good sign.
And seriously, they need to chill with the action. I never played season 1 and 2 for action, I played it for the story, choices, and character development, something season 3 seems to be lacking alot of.
Honestly, I'm kinda worried that they consider a 1 hour episode to be too long. They were the same length as Michonne and I found them to be pretty short episodes even for a miniseries.
Bring back the "next time on the walking dead & the previously on the walking dead "
Make Clementine more playable
Better Flashbacks
Make Javier & Dave's story interesting in the upcoming episodes
Telltale can still redeem themselves with the Dave and Javier situation. At this point they can do anything with the two characters, just as long as it's interesting.
or they could give us more (and longer) flashbacks and more opportunities to talk/interact with her. I think its very great to interact with S3 grown up/mature teen Clem.

Exactly. That's a great idea.
Some folks are simply.. simple to satisfy. They are out there.

I wish they do
i really hate the fast pacing...it kind of ruins the emotion/feeling i had before in other tt games

I'd be alright with that but I just really like molding her personality. I was hoping for a Borderlands style duo of protagonists.
