...I don't know if I have the unpopular opinion here but what reason do I have to care for Javier and his family? Telltale killed off the only other person I cared for(Kenny) within 5 short minutes that were honestly an insult to the previous seasons. It completely ruined it for me, and that's not me refusing to accept my favorite character is dead, but it's the way they executed it. None of the choices I made as Javier were difficult because I don't /care/ about anyone other than Clementine. It bothers me a lot that they thought it'd be a good idea to bring Clem in this season when, no matter what she does or what she will do, the majority of players are going to side with her.
I'm confused on how this is getting such a positive reception when it's nothing we haven't seen before. If you're enjoying this season so far then I'm honestly glad but could you explain why? The overuse of shock value is bothering me to the point of simply rolling my eyes when a child gets shot through the head. What was that child's name again? I don't know and I honestly don't care.
