Can't download 'Episode 2' for 'A New Frontier'
OK, this is getting ridiculous.
It took me days to finally get 'A New Frontier' to recognize my save files from 'Season Two', but now it's done.
Now I'm through with 'Episode 1', and guess what? I can't download 'Episode 2'.
In-game download in the 'Episodes' menu gets stuck a little after 90%, and I get a message 'Failed - Content failed to download'. What the hell???
Oh, and I have a Season Pass, too, but I'm starting to really regret buying it.
Anyone had the same problem? Is it possible to download episodes somehow outside of the game's 'Episodes' menu?

Where did you buy ANF?
Telltale Store
Update: now I know that download gets stuck exactly at 94% every time, I've tried it like 5-6 times already.
And yes, I've already sent several messages to Telltale Support, but I don't think I'll get any answers from them, like, ever. Had to solve the previous problem with the save files myself, too.
Hell whenp I try to download it gets me to the " enter you credit card number" which I don't have. I TJOUGJT IT WAS FOR FREE!!!?
I am having the exact same problem. even down to not hearing back from customer support. If you figure it out please let us know. I am wondering if it has something to do with Norton anti-virus. but I tried even turning my firewalls off to download it and still nothing.
Well, I have Kaspersky, and I tried turning that off, too...
Still no luck. It always gets stuck exactly at 94%. And I'm not getting any replies at all from support, either, even though I've sent, like, three messages to them.
With all the trouble I had to go through with my save files and now with this download issue, I'm certain this was my first and last Season Pass from Telltale. Their lack of support is outrageous.
Whaaaat? No it's not free ya idiot. They just released an additional episode to celebrate the new season.
Day 2 of the same issue.
I still can't download 'Episode 2', download still gets stuck at 94%, and I still have no replies from Telltale.
Anyone there, Telltale? Will you fix this soon? And don't you even try giving me that generic "For assistance with your problem, feel free to consult the..." reply because I've already sent several mails and messages to Support, and got no answers from anywhere!
I WANT THIS FIXED NOW.
Day 3. Still no reply from anyone at Telltale. Not here, not via mail.
Is there anyone out there reading this with this same issue who could solve it? It seems I'll have to find a solution for this without Telltale Support - again.
Any ideas or pieces of advice would be appreciated.
