Use TWD S2 Mac save on Windows TWD New Frontier
Hello everyone,
Today I decided after some hesitation to buy the third season of the walking dead after doing the first 2 seasons on mac. I originally planned to play the third one on Mac too. I imported my save on the telltale website without problem.
However, I had the nice surprise to see that there is actually no mac version of New Frontier. Being lucky to also have a windows, I downloaded it and tried to launch it.
But when I can't seem to find how to use my mac save on my windows New Frontier.
Short story : Did I just buy the game for nothing ? Is there no way to use my mac save on windows ? Do I really have to do the two first seasons again on windows just so I don't have to use the generator ?
I hope you can help me and that there is a way to do that, because I don't really like to waste my money.

Option 1:
On your Mac, the saves should be in this directory:
~Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/<em>Name of Game</em>, copy the folder of A New Frontier to this directory on your Windows computer:/Users/Documents/Telltale Games/<em>Name of Game</em>**Note: "Name of Game" refers to the name of A New Frontier's folder, since it's named quite differently depending on where you buy it.
Option 2:
Use the save generator, it'll probably save you the hassle, since I've heard that Mac and Windows saves are incompatible with each other.

I tried to move my save from mac to windows and then upload it from the 2nd game. It seems to work except that I have an "Incomplete save" when I go on this page https://telltale.com/wd2save/
This is bullshit, because when I try to launch the 2nd season the 5th episode is completed. Any solution ? I'd like to avoid using the save generator as I bought the game just for using my old save and I would not have if I knew it would not work.
