So I saw like 1 week ago a thread where someone was asking if we found anyone playing season 3 without playing the last seasons, and I found someone playing it, and he made the following choices:
-took David's hand
-refused the joint
-accepted the deal
-called Clementine a thief
-betrayed Clementine
-he shot the NF driver
-went with Tripp to the junkyard
-he went with the family
As soon as he will post the episode 2 I will update the thread with his choices.

    I forgot to put the video's link so here it is:
    Unfortuantely, it isn't in English but I posted it here anyways in case you want to check it out.
    He said in the beginning of the video that he didn't play the last seasons (in romanian, but as I am romanian I understood)
