  • Yes. A few tears.

  • Well, I was close, but I didn't cry. I cried during final credits, when I started thinking about the whole situation.

  • That counts too

  • Yeah I did, never cried from a video game before. It's sad to think about the entire season 1, and then realize you'll never get another TWD game that was good as it. Season 2 was only emotional if you let Kenny kill Jane and had to decide between Wellington and Kenny, that was a really hard choice but I can't ever turn Kenny down. I didn't cry though, I was somewhat there though. But when I look at season 3, I honestly don't see me even really giving much emotion honestly, all of the good characters died and we don't even play Clem, are we supposed to care about Javier's family because I don't feel invested in it (sorry for going off-topic but that's how I feel about the emotional side of all seasons).

  • Unless they are gonna do something to Clem...

No, they wouldn't dare. I can already see those hate mails and death threats

  • They'd let us play Clementine if they were going to kill her off, they should know nobody is nearly as immersed unless they're playing the character themselves. I think they could continue Clementine's story for a very long time as long as they keep it fresh and make the writing great.

  • Like a baby. My brother was watching with me, and because I'd never cried at any media before he gave me a look of both confusion and amusement.

I broke right as the gun went off. I'd spent the entire game trying to keep Clem safe and then I couldn't anymore, she had to go out on her own with everyone else possibly being dead.

  • I cried, I cried a lot and I still get very close to crying when I see the ending as well, it's nearly put me into tears a couple of times even after knowing the inevitable. My friends were watching me through the video a couple days ago when I decided to replay the game because I said I'm surely going to cry, and honestly I think if they weren't there judging and calling me a pussy and a crybaby for doing it I would have cried, my lip quivered and I got glassy eyes but I pulled through.

Bawled the first time I played it, cried again on my second playthrough. Funnily enough I had already seen people play it on YouTube and didn't shed a tear, but actually doing it myself really drove it home.

Ironically, I don't think I did on my original playthrough. However, when I go back and play it now I cry like a baby. Usually, when something (be it a game/movie/whatever) can make me cry it has the opposite effect.

It might have something to do with the fact that I would "break up" the episodes on my original playthrough and play a little bit at a time. Now, I refuse to play a Telltale episode not in one sitting.

Although, if I'm being honest, I think the season 2 ending made me cry even harder.

  • Everyone cried. The ones who say they didn't they are lying.

  • I cried like a baby, in fact I still cry whenever I replay it.

  • My heart dropped but that was just it

Didn't cry at the end (though I came close), but I did cry at Duck's death.

  • Yes, that was the first time I cried in a video game and this game made me strong with sad games
