Season 2 crash when rewinding chapter

So i just finished ep 3, and first thing i notice is that only 2 of my choices show up on end screen. And when i start ep 4, the rest of my choices are randomized... So I try to rewind ep 3, but then the game crashes... Anybody know what to do? I play on Ps4.
