Season 2 Big Choices

Hi I was just wondering about some of the choices that dont make it into season 3.

When I started up season 3 TNF I pick the choices I made my "canon". How ever some of the what I would call big choices werent there. Im talking specifically about the wahting Carver get killed by Kenny. Does anyone know why that wasnt an option or have I missed something out?

    Because that has no bearing on the story TTG wants to tell and no effect on how Clementine will act.
