I chose to kill Conrad. He seemed unhinged. I tried to reason with New Frontier at the gates so Nobody got hurt yet he gave me crap. From what I've seen from tv and in games people that don't trust you for no apparent reason will cause trouble later down the line. TBH I don't know why New Frontier kicked off the way they did over 2 little pudding pots.
