TWD save help

Ok, so I want to reset my Win 10 PC because I screwed up somethings I wasn't supposed to tamper with. I have all my season 1, 2 and 3 saves and apparently in season 1 and 2 there's an option to upload your saves to a cloud through your TT account (I'm pretty sure). But when I go into the menu > save files there's no upload button anywhere.

Also, are the save files stored somewhere through the game directory? Can I save those into a USB then move it back in place after I reset my PC?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
