Why does the game think I'm not connected to PSN?
Okay, so I've had the exact same problem with Batman, only in that game I can't even finish episode 1 because I get a black screen at the end that freezes me out. Never got any help from Telltale on that one, so I guess I'll try again with this one.
The Walking Dead: A New Frontier seems to be under the imrpession that I'm not connected to PSN, this in spite of the fact that when I first boot the game up, it logs me into the Telltale Account without any problems. But if I try and do anything that requires the Internet, I get this message:
But if I go to look at my Internet connection on the system, everything is just fine:
Given the way this problem seems to have locked me out of seeing my Batman decisions, I haven't even started The New Frontier properly yet (nor have I played past Batman: Episode 1). Could someone at Telltale please explain why this is happening? I've seen people on Google complaining about this as far back as 2015, with games like Game of Thrones (didn't have the issue myself with GOT), Minecraft Story Mode, and Tales from the Borderlands.
If this never gets addressed/fixed, I'm just gonna have to stop buying the games, particularly if it has something to do with Batman breaking on me at the end of episode 1.

Incidentally, I read the FAQ that said go to Game Support rather than post publically, but I went to Game Support for Batman and never got satisfactory help. So I'm going to make it public this time because it just gets ignored otherwise.
Same thing happened to me, turned out to be that my Wi-Fi signal was too weak for the game, even though I could use other internet functions, although pretty slow. I moved my PS4 close to the router and hooked up a temporary monitor to it to test it, and this time it worked fine. My permanent solution was a better router.
