Transfer save games-latest patch ?
I have trouble finding the "latest" patch for walking dead Season 2. I want to transfer my savegame from pc to ps4 But i cant find a patch for season 2 so i can upload my save data. Could anybody give me a link for this patch? Thanks in advance.
Ps: I have contacted telltale but they are obviously not up to the task.
