So, funny story regarding Clementine's hat...
So I live in Belfast, NI and spotted a van owned by a local family business for plumbing or something idk.
But I literally had to stop and look at the logo on the van which was called Desmond's and Sons but the 'D' looked exactly like the logo on clementine's hat, it didn't just look similar, it was the exact same (the S in 'Sons' also was the same font.)
I wish I had my phone to snap a pic to prove it to you guys but I just thought I'd share the story, there has been a thread or two in the past trying to figure out the origins of the logo on Clem's hat when in reality it is just a stock font from some unknown website, it wasn't even designed by someone at TTG. Some people claimed it was the logo of some Japanese baseball team from real life but while it looks similar they just aren't the same.
It was confirmed however that the logo is from a baseball team but in reality the designer of the hat just found it online and made up a backstory to it's origins.

Interesting, I tried to look up Desmonds and Sons plumbing to see if I could find the logo to compare but sadly could not find anything.
The hat is based off the Arizona Diamondbacks, not a Japanese team. Also I think the company just copied the hat, possibly.
I have seen the font used a few times before, it's called Brush Script Regular.

When I asked Melissa Hutchison, she told me that it was based off a Japanese team, Chunichi Dragons. That's from Melissa Hutchison herself, who was told that by the creators (most likely Sean and Jake).
