Not able to transfer save from 360

I've emailed Telltale about this and I still haven't heard anything back. When I went to the game on my 360, it never mentioned an update and still doesn't. I don't remember ever signing into a Telltale account when I played the game before. I go to extras and settings or whatever it says and I click save files. On a video I watched of someone doing it, their save file was on the main menu, mine isn't. I uploaded my save file (I have no idea where it goes since I'm not signed into anything) and it completed. I looked on my Telltale account and it still says I don't have a save file. I don't see anyone else having this problem and Telltale is no help so it would be great if someone could help me. Thanks!

  • Just use the story collection option or start a new game. Your save means nothing.

  • Have you linked your TT account with your Xbox Live account?
    There's no way to sign into your Telltale account from the game in the 360, but you can link your TT account to your Xbox Live account in the settings section in your profile of TT forum. Once you linked the accounts, try to upload again your save file in the 360 just like you did, and check after that. Perhaps that might help you.
