Aj is secretly the leader of the new frontier. That's why he wasn't with Clementine, he betrayed her and his strong manipulation skills made him the leader and that's why Clementine was so reluctant to go back to them.

Episode 3 will be the very first musical in TWDverse. And it will be awesome!
