Why is the title screen so boring
( Not talking about the place where it says episodes extras settings etc ) You wouldnt of expected much from twd s1 title screen at the time but The walking dead s2 title screen with the black and yellow, the music and the general look of it just gave me chills and it had a real walking dead feel based on everything thats happened but the s3/NF version was boring with the walking dead on a blue background with a slight pitch noise

Agreed 100%! Season 3 does not feel like The Walking Dead.
Next people will complain about Javier's nose saying it doesn't accurately represent the nose of a Cuban-American.
Preach that
I understand what you mean, S2 title screen gives me goosebumps every time, it's amazing
Because its a rip off from the Netflix menu, we did have this in detail discussion (S3 menu topic).
It irritates me to see someone made this without caring about it, everything is so clogged in the menu; most of the text is useless and spoiler-y.

I really miss it. How the title colour changes as you play the next episode... oh man
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I have thoroughly studied the genetics of Americans of Cuban descent, and I have concluded that Javi's nose does not accurately represent the nose of a Cuban-American.
Sorry @AgentZ46, but @Megami_Kizukanai is right!
Too much blue (IGN).
Telltale was confident with season 2....they knew what they were doing but now? They change the story every fucking 30 min becuase they don't have self confidence in their management of this season as I can see
I absolutely love the UI for Season 2. It's so stangely satisfying moving around, something that's more of a process rather than interactivity. What was also great was the small details like specific music playing on certain title screens, it gave this really creepy disturbing but really intriguing feeling to it. It made us ask questions and try to come to conclusions about what would happen within the episode. Amid the Ruins had an amazing UI, so many questions from just that one image. Clementine had 4 variations depending on which platform you played on and even a different background (although they were later all made to be exactly the same after episode 3 IIRC).
S3's UI is incredibly boring and dry, no music just lame ambience with no foreboding themes and generic images that tell us absolutely nothing about the upcoming episode although with the rewrites that happened I don't think it's going to matter. Season 2 had the same problem pre-ep3.
It has only been two episodes. Maybe it will change like Season 2 did?
Yeah man, each episode having its own tune as well with a different background each time, amazing
It reflect the gameplay and story.
Savage
What? Because the title menu is not similar to the previous ones? Is this what this franchise was all about?
I always remember when I started playing the second season and the music that comes up as the games starts. It hits me right in the feels. And I love how the music changed for each episodes selection screen. And the music in the credits also hit me in the feels. But then when I played ANF there was no music for the episode selection screen and I was really disappointed. They gave more emotion into the story and made me think about what the episode would hold. But now they just take away the music and just give you a small description of what is in the episode. It is definitely more boring than season two and I hope they change this for the rest of the season.
What did you expect? Clem jumping on a pogo stick? Porn? Gabe getting ripped to shreds?
Not Netflix.
It's a copy and paste from the Batman menu. Seems creativity went out the window on this one sadly. S2's menu was damn good, it looked better and had more functions.
I dunno, one the one hand, yes it's boring.
But on the other hand, do you really want more title screens that are totally misleading and based on older story drafts?
Whats next WHY IS THE LOADING SCREEN SO BORING?
