"Continue Your Story..."
You know how you can build Clementine's story, or continue your own, and there are choices in it like "Clementine took influence from Kenny/Like/Jane", does anyone know what these things have actually changed? Despite the flashbacks of course.

Literally NOTHING changes except which s2 flashback you get.
Telltale keeps saying "oh just wait until the season is over" and that "the carver choice will matter several times", but the story generator does not include the Carver decision nor many other important decisions so i don't really have faith that past choices will matter.
I have hope it will have some kind of a payoff later in the season just because of the fact that my fucking head still has some hope for this bitch ass game
It just changes the flashback and who Clementine mentions in episode 2 when you talk to her.
"How she acts" even though it doesn't
You said other than the flashbacks so the scars are a thing. She also has a line of dialogue in episode 2 about whoever she went with. That's it.
