Just "hello"? Really? Ever watch the various scenes in The Matrix where Agent Smith ominously says to Neo "Hello, Mr. Anderson"? What David says in the teaser sounds more like THAT than just a simple HELLO. I mean come on.
...What? I don't know about that(I assume you mean the card game with Francine, in which it must be a determinate event), but I'm talking about when Clementine unintentionally murders Eli. He comes running up after a few seconds with a gun of his own exclaiming"I warned you! Drop the gun--NOW!," when he never actually said anything to her beforehand, at least in the playthrough I'm referring to. This indicates that she caused trouble in his bar sometime in the past.

or he was talking to the guy he had warned two minutes before. and also telling the person with the gun to drop it. He could be talking about some hypothetical that isn't in the game, or he could be reiterating the conversation we just had. One makes more sense.

Clems reaction doesn't sound like one of a person who's being done a favor.
Yea. Based on how she acted, I feel as though Clementine must've seen something in TNF base which had her worried for AJ's safety. Something must've happened to him.
That's a lot of ifs and speculation. Fact is she could determinantly survive for around 2 years alone with a child, so we know she's capable… more. What we don't know is who David is, because the entire Garcia family story is built on exposition we were never made privy to. The little we know about him is he's the leader of a faction a character we have spent two games with says went bad, and said faction had also been shown to ruthlessly murder others, as well as destroy/take over settlements. So the safer assumption, based on what we know about his affiliations and not on speculation, is this probably wasn't a noble act, and just a case of douchebags douchebagging it up. Clems reaction doesn't sound like one of a person who's being done a favor.

Maybe "Please don't hurt me, little miss--I'll give you whatever you want!"?
Thanks, thats my old gravatar image from season 2, Juicy B was all the rage until season 2 fell off the cliff.
He tells JAvi it doesn't matter what he did as long as he doesn't mess with conrad's bar.
Okay. I want to once again point out that he was yelling at Clementine(who had the gun), but okay.

I guess.
