Episode Three: Above the law question/discussion

So, I went out and brought the Xbox One season pass disc for A New Frontier. And as you probably know, episode three got a early release for that version. And I was glad with what i got! It had a good vibe, more character development and it was definitely an improvement in comparison to Ties that bind 1&2. And I realized there were multiple endings. Can anybody tell me all the possible endings for the episode? Thanks!

    From what I know if you spare Max he snitches on Joan but then Joan will take Javi and David prisoner, if you kill Max Lonnie will lie and say David commanded them to do it and then the episode will end in a gunfight cliffhanger. Also if you leave the city you will fail but Kate will escape but the NF guy will say they could find no sign of Gabe

    It wasn't good at least for me

    1. Clem still playable only for just a few minutes and she is just there nothing more.
    2. The Duration of the episode still too short the prev season was all most 1:40:00 but this ep is not more than 1:20:00
    3. Clem heart breaking flashback wasn't a heart breaking at all
    4. They didn't show us why\when\how\aj got sick
    5. Telltale keep forcing us for kate+javie and gabe+clem shit
