Yeah, I'm having the same problem on Xbox One.
Yeah I have the same issue. It tells me to refresh but it does nothing. Hopefully I just can't view them and the game actually remembers my choices.
The choices are saved within your save files and will show once Telltale turn on the choice stats server.
Episode 3 was amazing and I love to read what choices I made at the end of the episode...but when I got there, It continuously asked me to refresh for the choices to appear but nothing did. I went back to the main menu and went to the choices from there but again, nothing was there. It jumped from Episode 1 to Episode 2 then back to Episode 1... Am I the only one have this problem? If not, Is there any way to sort this out right now?

Oh okay, I thought I was the only one.
I dunno which were the major choices but here is what I chose:
Some of these choices were tough. I loved this episode.
I almost did all the same thing as you but I kept Mariana secret from them since David asked me to.
I couldn't resist giving Badger the good ol' Lucille treatment as he definitely deserved it!
Personally, I love letting assholes suffer but I wanted Badger out of this game ASAP.
Told Joan about Mariana
Gave AJ medicine
Hugged Clem (who didn't?)
Left Badger to turn, that piece of shit doesn't deserve a mercy death.
Spared Max
Told Kate and Gabe we are leaving
Not giving AJ the medicine is pointless because the bottle gets wasted anyway. Giving AJ the medicine is the only good choice.

@OzzyUK pointed that we can see our bonuse choices (Not major) in the website. Here is what I chose:
Mine didn't come up at first, but when I refreshed they did.
Every time I got the option to beat Badger, I did too. I wanted to do it but I also wanted to see how far the game would let you go. It annoyed me how Tripp when in the background saying stuff like ''Javi, stop!'' but didn't do anything to try and restrain him...
*Kept the secret about Mariana's death.
*Gave AJ the medicine.
*I saved Conrad by giving him the gun. (Telltale REALLY wants you to get rid of Conrad by letting the player get him killed twice). :P
*I let Badger turn.
*I spared Max.
*I wanted to leave Richmond with Kate.
That scene made me cry so hard. Job wasn't joking. I haven't cried like this since Season 1 ending.
Sometimes, Telltale waits until public release before allowing choices to display in the choice menu.
This is easily one of the reasons why Episode 3 is the best episode.

Gave Aj medicine (why not)
Beat badger to death (no real reason to stop)
Didnt kill max (kinda regret that one, but meh I was on a high from killing badger)
Stuck to the plan, I dont really care about the characters and went with the option I thought would be more interesting not to mention kate was annoying me the most this episode so I sided against her
Hopefully this is the right thread to share choices, couldn't find a different one.
With the Badger choice I just wanted to get it over with, and when I realized it'd take several hits, I just left him there.
I actually let the timer out when you could decide Max's fate, figured it wasn't my call to make. David ended up executing him, so dunno why is it showing the opposite.
