What happened to my choices? Will it affect my playthrough?
I just finished playing chapter 3 (I had to quit the game halfway through, and finished it the next day) but now when I go check my choices in the extras menu, several choices are suddenly missing (some in all 3 chapters) What happened to them? Will this affect my playthrough? Because I dont want to start all 3 episodes over again, neither do I want my choices be randomized come chapter 4

Looks like the engine bugged out on you. I've had this happen to me a few times, especially after I restarted an episode and some stuff to everything deleted, which it told me it wouldn't. I never took the chance to continue foward without my choices, so I started over. I don't know if they counted or not.
