I hope Rosita sticks around till the whisperers show up. But after Eugene bowing to NEgan I don't think they will live together like in the comics. I though they did hook up in the comics.
Uhm, givin' Eugene's arc now I highly doubt they're getting together. I don't think the viewers would be happy about that one.
