Issue Starting The Walking Dead: Season 2

Hey everyone.

For some reason, Season 2 is saying I don't own the game upon start up. I clearly do as I played episodes1 and 2 already and my receipt confirms my purchase (through TTG store). I tried all of the tips on the support page with no success. I emailed support through here and by email but have not had response. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you remedy it? That's in advance for any help or tips.
