Why didn't the doctor just... *Episode 4 Spoilers Ahead*
Inject the drugs into himself to die of an overdose if he truly wanted to end his life? Why ask Javier to do it in exchange for giving away AJ's currently whereabouts to Clementine? He seems more than capable enough to do it on his own considering how he routinely takes them to get high.
And if Javier refuses, Clementine tries to do the deed herself, only for the doctor to refuse and call of the deal.
I don't really understand how this scene works.
