Major Death in Ep.5?
Which character do you think will have a major death in this episode?
You can't have a TWD finale without having a major character die (Lee from S1, Kenny & Jane & Luke from S2).
For my guess, I'm going to say either Gabe or David will die in the finale.

David 99% sure he's gonna die.
Excluding clementine there are few to no characters who have been developed to the point where you could make a emotional death scene such as Lee,Kenny,etc.
It's probably gonna be David. The game seems like it's building up to his death. And it might be by Javier's hand. The guy is a loose cannon and he's just a problem to every major character in the game.

Knowing Telltale all determinants are going to die.
There candidates for a major death would have to be Kate, (assuming she isn't already dead) Gabe, David and Javier. I suppose Clem could be one but she absolutely should not die. I have a really bad feeling it'll be Gabe but I really hope it's not.
I think you'll have a choice to save either Gabe or David if Clint/Joan hold them at gunpoint.
My gut is telling me he will next episode.
You may never know, maybe Conrad or Tripp/Ava may live in the end like the prince from Wolf Among Us.

Clem is the safest so far at this point. As for Gabe, considering all the negative reactions he's been receiving and the way his character is being built, he may die.
Gabe will die from protecting Clem.
I doubt Telltale has ever killed off a character because a certain amount of fans didn't like them.
That'll be perfect. It'll have Gabe haters happy he's dead but have Gabentine fans happy that he died protecting her.
They've done it before but I forgot in what series.
You can convince Gabe not to go help David, so I don't think this will be the case.
As for that, I think Gabe will die by taking a bullet for Clem.
And AJ, he's kinda important.
Even if Gabe is taking major flak, I honestly doubt they'd kill him off because of that. Killing off someone just because they're receiving a cluster of hate doesn't seem like a logical way to placate, at least for me. They would probably make him save Javi or Clementine's life or some shiz to cap it.
I can't see an end with David alive. Sadly.
Either Gabe or David will die for sure and I'm inclined to say Clem still has plot armour but we never know.
I think Kate died at the end so that problem is solved
David is probably gonna be mad and will fight back which will result in his death

Ava/Tripp are gonna die
She can't die this season. Not only does she still have to find AJ, but this is HER story, even if she isn't a main character this season. That and the fact that Telltale staff are very protective of her, as they claim.

What if the opposite happens though with Clem dying protecting Gabe?
Think about how the fans will react...knowing Clem died saving someone who most people hate...

i dont think telltale will have him survive episode 5 and i also think David s gonna die.
On a scale of Most likely to die to Least likely to die:
Conrad (I think there's a chance he could be determinant all the way through. That would be really awesome, because I think Telltale has only kept determinant characters alive throughout a series by not featuring them that much, while Conrad has been a pretty big player throughout the season)
Tripp/Ava (;_;)
David (I put the determinant characters first because they're determinant but I'm so certain David is gonna die. It's gonna be a choice for sure.)
Gabe (I could see Telltale doing something where Gabe sacrifices himself for Kate, Clem, Javi, and/or his father.)
Eleanor (After she betrayed the squad, I could see a choice to kill her/leave her to die/etc)
Javi (The curse of non-Clem protags!)
Clem (SHE BETTER BE SAFE. That slim chance that she could die terrifies me still lol)
The real wild card is AJ. I have no idea if they would kill AJ or not, and I'm terrified to find out what will happen to him/if he's even alive at all.
I could see either Kate or David. Both could have a good deal of emotional impact and their non-determinate nature make them pretty good candidates. Determinates could go either way, and I honestly don't think they'd off Clem/Javier/Gabe/AJ.

people honestly think clem honestly really likes this dude nah. Gabe is either gonna be killed by clem. Or trying to show off around clem. most likely because he tries to hurt javi over his dad's death. no way clem really likes him since he acts annoying and foolish as fuck . Throws javi under the bus multiple times. and is influinced so heavy by his dad. (and if telltale really forces this. will treat clem poorly just how his dad treats kate once he gets to comfortable) plus aj is clem's main concern .
Maybe one where if you made the wrong choice, Javier dies and Gabe or Clem becomes a playable character.
idk maybe. i hope we play as clem to save aj. gabe nah ill just get him killed over and over again to laugh lol. he needs to die. either make this game (all just a dream) or kill (gabe) only way to stop the walking dead from going down a shithole they cant get themselves out of

How the hell are you going to say that Clem doesn't really like Gabe? Has the game given you an option to have Clem turn down Gabe? No it hasn't. So until the game gives you an option to turn Gabe down you can't really say if Clem likes Gabe or not based solely on the fact that you don't like Gabe. Don't make facts out of opinions.
i think Conrad s getting his final destination death scene in this episode and i think telltale might use him to avoid the death of another determinant character maybe if Conrad s alive there could be a situation where Tripp/Ava are about to be killed by some people that are with Joan and Conrad sacrifices himself for them.
and also i think David s gonna be determinant and Gabe s gonna survive the season because unlike Sarah and Duck while he may be annoying to a lot of people atleast he knowns some basic survival like for Example: ACTUALLY SHOOTING A GUN! ((Looking at you season 2 with your fake teaching sarah how to shoot choice.))
Eleanor s either gonna die or she s getting a redemption arc and going into the next season to get Omided.
I think it might be a choice between staying with David and Gabe as a family or with Kate, and which ever one you don't pick will die
I'm pretty sure Kate is dead, if she's alive, then she will be badly injured and she might die later on. Davids gonna blame Javi, which might result in Davids death.
If it goes the same way as previous seasons, the only ones alive will be Clem, Javi, maybe Gabe but i think he might die as well, (and AJ if we even get the chance to find him).
Ooh yeah buddy, the death guessing game again. Never gets old I suppose. If I had to choose who could be most likely. Then it's between these four David, Kate Javier (getting the Lee) treatment or Clem finally getting the dreadful farewell send off. Which would surely be emotional for most. Certainly emotions of anger and sadness. Gabe for some reason seems like the safely despised weasel, like Arvo last season who might be annoying or does crimes that deserve death, but somehow escapes from it anyhow. But my money would be on Kate . Both brothers care for and would fight over her. For those two bros Kate's death might be highly emotional.
But maybe not for the audience playing the game. Then again anybody could be wrong for now. And if lucky odds are some happen to be correct, then they will call it predictable and bad writing more than likely. Ha ha.
