Theory: Clem flashback, season finale
She still hasn't found AJ or known for sure his life status. We still don't know what happened to Christa's baby. Mara Junot, Christa's VA, made a tweet around the beginning of ANF hinting that she might be involved with a Telltale game, of which we've heard no specifics since then. Potential Christa flashback likely? I hope so!
On a related note, who could Clem possibly have seen with a period? She tells Javi that women she has been with before have had them, but as far as I know, pregnant women don't get them and no-one else was shown having them, especially with the lack of timeskips.

Sarah is the only one I could think of. Honestly there's no need at this point for anymore flashbacks since there's nothing meaningful to make one for. If she does have a flashback i doubt it'll be meaningful.
Who could Clem have seen with a period? One of the like...half dozen+ women shes been around. Referencing that would've been pointless in the past seasons. Might as well have a seen where Larry had diarreah. You wouldn't assume no one takes a crap because they don't bother showing it.
Lilly, Carly, Katjaa, Christa after losing her child. Maybe even Sarah. More than enough people to see "that" problem at one point.
