As for the 'good' walker, unfortunately that would not be the case, for when human dies, they'll lose humanity and common sense too...and consciousness as well

Oh apologies. I will summarise what they do with minor spoilers concerning the reasons. The Governor removes all the teeth of walkers they capture, walkers that they use for a gladiatorial arena, and Sanctuary's walls are fences surrounded by walkers chained up and on spikes, so basically similar to Crawford.
About Jane, really it is just a common thing she used like covering yourself in guts which many groups have done, so thankfully she isn't exactly based off of Michonne. Although all badass Walking Dead females are pretty much either similar to Comic Andrea or Michonne, the two coolest females.

Yes he isn't a copy paste Lee. He is a more worthless character that is not interesting at all. To be honest this series has hit a dead end and should either be re-written or scrapped.
