Bring her up as a nice memory: How she helped her despite her dad's orders, how she tried to cheer her up with the camera, or something to that effect.

I think it'll be more like:
Javi: Thanks Clem...for helping out with my family.
Clem: Thanks to you too. I wouldn't be able to find AJ if … moreit weren't for you.
They hug
Javi: You sure you don't wanna stay with us?
Clem: I'm sorry, Javi, I can't. This place has too many...memories. I think it's best for AJ if we leave, just the two of us.
Javi: What about Gabe?
Clem: What about him?
Javi: Don't you...like him?
Clem: Not like that. I'm just trying to help him through a tough time, I didn't mean for him to have a crush on me.
Javi: That makes sense....goodbye, Clem.
Clem: Bye, Javi...maybe I'll stop by to see how things are.
Ah, sorry about that.
I think it all comes down to whether or not if David is still alive in the end. She still hates him and doesn't trust him. If he's alive, she'll most likely leave so David doesn't get on her bad side again.
He was in a safe place with food, blankets and other supplies important for a sick toddler to survive, wich Clem clearly did not have. Just a wet cold forest, in the wild.
This is why Clem joined them and this is why AJ survived.
As Lingard said AJ was better than ever with David...
New frontier didn't save AJ which David and Lingard admitted later on. He "miraculously" made a comeback through no medical assistance of new frontier at all.

Why is Clementine still with Javier and his group? To me it seems telltale really didn't think this "finale" build up through at all.
… more Yeah, I was wondering about that myself. There is, like, no reason for her to stick around at this point--especially if Javier/she took Lingard's deal. As far as I can tell, she has no extensive love for anyone in the group: not Javier, not Gabe, not Tripp, not Ava, and especially not David. And normally, I'd be okay with a nominal group member sticking around to help out of the kindness of their heart(like Mark?, Chuck, Vernon, Mike, and (I was hoping) Max), but Clementine has little to no actual motivation to do so--unlike friggin Jane even!
Honestly, I'm hoping she takes off a quarter into the episode to find AJ once the gang regroups. Hell, I don't even want Gabe or determinantly Ava to tag along with her anymore.
Well he was very high.
Peoples in such conditions are often very honest..
Too honest sometimes.
I know we want to see a badass independant Clem running alone with AJ in the woods again without annoying peoples around.
Like some Lara Croft.
This wouldn't be realistic.
She is able to do for herself, but not with a toddler.
Raising a toddler as a child yourself in the wild isn't that easy.
It's about this in the season: survival and the need of other peoples to support you to survive.
And we see a bitter lonely Clem following Javi for some reason, no matter how he treated her. Even when she thought AJ died.
Is it logically for a 13-year old child to chose to be alone in the dark woods in a zombie apocalypse and not being able to talk to any single soul every day?
I can imagine she rather follow a family of pricks hoping to find a home.
And actually Javi' family is nice enough lol.
Just imagine it is you being alone every day with just walkers around to talk to.
Like Mark from season one probably was probably better when he did not join the motel group, because he had to share his supplies/food wich was run out quickly. Lee can determinantly tell Mark he didn't need to open the door for the motel group. But Mark was like:"hell I did the right thing. Better than being alone and already be eaten by walkers."
Meeting Javi was the destination to find AJ back finally. To come across with the new frontier again.

Clem will mention Sarah pleasantly? Or something? (I don't actually believe that first part, but a person can dream.)
What do you mean by "mention Sarah pleasantly"?

Oh. While I don't see that happening, since the context for the surrounding characters is missing, I would hope for an honorable mention.
I wish but Telltale still don't give a shit about her.
No offence but I don't think even clem is stupid enough to risk her and aj's life outside of Richmond because of her memories there.
Clem will forgive David and stay in Richmond with AJ.
Happy family ending.

I'm not sure trusting Lingard in his condition would be the best idea as we don't know what Lingard really meant by that.
She'll disappear and randomly reappear and stay with the group for no reason until she randomly leaves again.
