Please make Clem gay

Telltale, please don't be homophobic bastards and just make Clem a lesbian. It would contribute so much to her character and her story. She could probably hook up with Ava if you didn't get her killed.

    WTF IS THIS?

It would contribute so much to her character and her story. She could probably hook up with Ava if you didn't get her killed.

    wew lad

Making a character gay and not develop, at all, is queer baiting. Plain and simple.

  • Stupid troll post. Anyways I actually wouldn't mind if she were bisexual

  • Not really sure if you're joking, but just because Telltale doesn't make Clem gay doesn't mean they're homophobic lmao.

And a cripple so we can check all the boxes.

  • Does it matter what Clem is. Both straight and gay are normal

  • You don't contribute anything to the world

    Lol, babies?

Where does he/she say he/she hates gays? You're the one being disrespectful and saying they're piece of trash without even knowing them, going as far as saying straight people should be murdered.

  • it's not very nice saying all straight people should be killed.

  • First off he never said anything about hating gays

Why do you hate straight people so much? Saying every straight person should be executed is pretty hate filled if you ask me and makes you very hypocritical.

  • As a person who is bisexual myself, you're an idiot.

    1. Clementine is not gay as it appears to show that she has an interest in Gabe (no idea why, Gabe is a little shit).
    2. Not making her gay doesn't make Telltale homophobic bastards.
    3. We have had gay characters in previous installments of TWD (it was hinted that Walter and Matthew were gay in S2, and you had Zachary and Jonas in the Michonne miniseries)
    4. Making her gay contributes absolutely nothing to her character and story.
    5. Ava is in her early to mid 20's, Clem is 12 or 13. So along with asserting that Telltale are homophobic, you also want them to support pedophilia.
  • I'm getting sick of this bullshit. Stop already.

    1. Nowhere did Mortal5075 say he hates gays.
    2. He is certainly not a piece of trash person.
    3. That is hateful towards straight people.
    4. If all straight people were killed, the human race would die out.
    5. Straight people, like gay, bisexual, and all types of people, contribute greatly to society.
    6. Straight people make up the overwhelming majority of people on the planet. In the US alone, you're calling for 95% of the population to be killed because they are heterosexual. That is mass genocide to the extreme.
  • Exactly how could it contribute to her story?

Clementine being straight does not make Telltale homophobic. People act as if a strong female character has to be gay. It would literally add NOTHING to her character. All it will mean is that she's attracted to women.

  • I havent seen any signs that she has shown interest in Gabe beyond being a friend, not saying I agree or disagree whether she should be into girls or boysl I dont really care either way, but I havent seen any interest from Clems side, at most she has obliged to his attempts at flirting just to not make him feel bad

    * Clementine is not gay as it appears to show that she has an interest in Gabe (no idea why, Gabe is a little shit). * Not making her gay d

  • Best thread title ever. Seriously though, it should be the player's choice. Just like in Bioware games.

  • It would contribute so much to her character and her story

    enter image description here

  • Woah what the shit was that for? Why do I have to be murdered if I don't care if clem is a lesbian or not or if I don't care if somebody is gay or not.

  • Actually the 1st point could prove she prefers women over men.

    * Clementine is not gay as it appears to show that she has an interest in Gabe (no idea why, Gabe is a little shit). * Not making her gay d

  • Is it weird if I watched the whole video?

  • You're just asking to get roasted aren't you?

  • Get rid of this thread Mods, please.

You just dont want her to be with Gabe. Besides I dont think Telltale would do that with Clementine anyway because it would be an absolute rip off of Ellie from The Last Of Us. I mean come on.

I would love Clementine to be LGBT, just like Ellie from TLOU. I ship them both.

  • If you need lesbian protagonists in post-apocalypse worlds, you can have Ellie.

  • Fuck this idea!

As a member of LGBTQ myself, I feel ashamed and disappointed by the imprudent and hateful words the OP threw out in this thread. He/she is either not smart or just tries to shine a bad light on LGBTQ.

No, Telltale should not "make" her hetero/gay/bisexual. Such details develop when you create and develop the character itself. If it fits the character, it's always great to have some diversity and give people the chance to have a character who represents them. A character that gives you strength to handle real life a bit better. But it should never be like "damn, we need to add a character of minority X, so that we can mark the check-boxes on our lists".

Ellie and Bill in The Last of Us, Korra in Legend of Korra are great examples where it is done right. It has to feel natural, not forced. And it should never be the center of the character.

  • You are fucking crazy

  • that's pretty hot

  • You just got pranked, bros. Made this thread to trigger you.
